Misshipped or Defective Products
If your product is defective at the
time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please
email or call (888) 599-8993 with details. We will email or mail you a free UPS Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost.
Outside of the 30-day return window
If your product becomes defective after the 30-days return policy, please
email or call (888) 599-8993 for warranty details. Each manufacturer offers different warranty periods (ranging from six months to lifetime) and procedures. You will be responsible for all shipping charges on warranty replacements.
Electronic Software Returns
Software purchases are generally not returnable, so please take advantage of the trial edition of the software (if available). A full refund will be granted for downloadable software within 30 days of purchase for:
- Defective software
- Software not received due to our error
- Duplicate Purchases
Smartphone (with service) Returns
You may return you Smartphone for credit within 30-days of activation by obtaining an RMA through 888-378-8091. The wireless service account initiated with the purchase of the phone must be deactivated and in good standning before the phone can be returned. With most carriers, if you
don't deactivate service within 14-days, you can not terminate your agreement (without paying a penalty fee) until the end of your service contract.
